About Founder

Brunda, an engineering and management graduate, transitioned into corporate training and process facilitation, driven by her passion for empowering individuals and organizations.

She is an internationally accredited Professional Skills Facilitator, certified by the Scottish Qualifications Authority, and an internationally certified Brand & Image Consultant by the London Business School and the Counsel Institute of Image Management, USA. Additionally, she is a Certified Associate Leadership and Life Coach from Su-Knight NLP Academy. Recognized as one of the top Image Consultants and Professional Skills Facilitators by Asia Business Magazine in 2023, Brunda currently serves as the IAF India Outreach Lead for the International Association of Facilitators. She was the first Chapter President for the Image Management Professionals’ Association (IMPA) Pune Hub in 2018, a Limca Record winner in 2014, and the recipient of the Social Impact Award in 2018 for her contributions to IMPA. In 2023, she graced the cover of Asia Business Outlook Magazine for being one of the top 10 Image and Brand Consultants in India.

Her organization, D’Elite Pathways, is dedicated to fostering holistic transformation through enriching and rewarding experiences.

With over 20 years of experience in the corporate world, Brunda began her career at Videocon Appliances Limited and later headed Design and Quality for renowned organizations such as Renewable Energy Systems and Sunshine Industries. Her ability to build and nurture teams has been instrumental in her sustained success. She also served as a lecturer at prestigious engineering institutions, where she developed a deep understanding of human learning and development, sparking her passion for training.

She is passionate about youth development and has created leadership workshops for teens and young adults. She stays connected with the younger generation, gaining valuable insights into their aspirations and challenges.

As a lead trainer and process facilitator, Brunda delivers customized behavioral and skills training to individuals, professionals, and groups. Her clients include top insurance companies, banks, hospitality firms, manufacturers, retailers, real estate firms, the Association of Chartered Accountants, government organizations, schools, colleges, and more.
